You are a man or woman who knows they have been called by God to serve and lead their generation with the gifts and talents God has given by His grace. You have been tested and tried in your calling and have demonstrated an ability to lead and equip God’s people in one of the five ministry gift functions: apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, teaching, or pastoral. You know God has called you not only to serve Him but to lead others. The problem is that you have not found a network that fits you, one that is flexible enough to let you be yourself, but strong enough to provide the accountability you need. You want to establish personal accountability, display ministry integrity, strengthen your network, receive fresh ideas and input, invest in outreach and missions, and sharpen your saw with relevant training and corporate experiences, but you have not found the network that can help you meet those personal goals. You may have found one that does meet those goals, but it does not value the apostolic and prophetic gift as relevant for today or it may even not value and honor the gifts and move of the Holy Spirit like you do. We understand the unique struggles and pressures you face as you serve God, whether as a full time five fold minister or even as a marketplace minister. We have lived in both worlds and honor both equally. We honor the leadership of both men and women, young and seasoned ministers.

We have been there and can help guide you when you need help or prayer covering. We can provide you with a pathway to prove to others that you are a man or woman under authority and that you are accountable for your life and ministry, thereby demonstrating the integrity and trust that is so needed in the ministry today. Before joining the network, you may have felt isolated and disconnected from a ministry family. Once you connect with the network, you will find your tribe where you could be yourself, receive others, and be received. You are will be a minister who displays accountability, integrity, and a desire to learn from others and give to other ministers who share common values such as a value for apostolic and prophetic ministry as well as evangelistic, pastoral, and teaching gifts. By joining the network you agree to provide a quarterly report of your life and ministry. You promise to be open and transparent, accountable to leadership, and open to being challenged when needed. In return, you are able to join your ministry strand to others and provide strength that could not have been gained by simply standing alone.

All of us go through good times and bad, through victories and crisis moments. You need a support system that can be there to lift you up and point you in the right direction when you may feel lost or insecure. You have gifts and abilities that can also contribute to the whole. By being a part of the network, you are able to share that gift with others who may need it, as well as receive new insights and teaching from others. The results are a stronger, more vibrant, informed, and stable ministry that benefits others. You are able to last longer and ensure to the end without faltering and failing just before the finish line. If you need help, you have a safety net there to cover you in prayer and give you critical advice and insight when needed. In times of transition, you have a community that you can go to for wisdom and advice. The end vision is for you to fulfill your calling faithfully and hear Jesus say, “Well done good and faithful servant!”
